The building (150 m2) is after major repairs (January 2011), it has new windows, modern heating installation and water pipes, new furniture.
There are facilities for families with children: child's beds, bath-tubs, ability to rent mat to play and pram.
Outside: big terrace, garden (500 m2) with small play-ground for children, place for grill and bonfire, three parking places.

The house is situated on the hill, on the edge of town, in very quiet place with the picturesque view of meadows and forests.
In the surroundings: small beach by the lake in forest (ten-minute walk) - ideal place for families with children, bathing beach by the lake Czos (five-minute drive), great conditions for strolling, cycling and fishing; five-minute walk to the nearest shop, five-minute drive to the nearest supermarket, seven-minute drive to the town centre.
Winter attractions: ski-lift near the lake Czos, 3 km from the house - two T-bar lifts, 5 downhill routes, snowpark, ski equipment rental, ski and snowboard instructors.
